SPECIAL PROJECTS

Volunteer T-Shirt Project for LUMEN Festival 2013

State Island Arts Members and Volunteers created their own staff T-shirts for the art festival. We used stencils on dark or black shirts, then spraying them with a solution of water and bleach. This caused the fibers to react to the bleach, making a glowing like effect to the letters. They were a success!
